Multi account

What distinguishes Calio is the ability to add and manage multiple accounts – separate for each calendar belonging to the email address you want to manage.

This solution allows you to specify availability for each of the selected calendars, so that the available dates will not overlap with each other and you will avoid misunderstandings related to this.

To add another account, follow these steps:

Step 1:

Go to the navigation menu in the upper right hand of the Calio application. After expanding the available options, hover over the account and select “Add account”.

Step 2:

Follow the instructions and add another email address and specify the type of account and define the reservation link for clients.

With several accounts, you can manage each associated calendar separately or all at once.

Availability setting

To set availability for several calendars, go to the “My availability” section on the left side of the navigation menu. Then select the day and time of your availability. Choose a specific availability and assign it to a specific account (or leave it unchanged – Calio will treat it as an option to make an appointment in any calendar you like).

Planning a meeting

In order to schedule a meeting, you need to log in to the account you are meeting. To do this, go to the navigation menu in the upper right corner and select the target account.
