Calio has been equipped with functionality that allows you, employees and clients to receive notification of an upcoming meeting or service.
We enable sending notifications by e-mail or via SMS. You can specify separately how the notification for customers and staff in your team will be implemented.
Additionally, you can specify in which time before the meeting / service a reminder will be sent (from 15 minutes to 2 days before the date of the meeting / service completion).
To configure the notification functionality, follow these steps:
Go to the “Settings” tab in the upper right corner of the navigation menu.
Then select the “Notifications” panel in the “Personal information” section and customize reminders for clients and team depending on your needs and preferences.
